We are not afraid of the odd and different but have our base in beloved classics.

Menu with a twist
Brasso's menu is based on a classic brasserie menu. But we want more. We want to be able to offer everything from really good oysters to a perfectly grilled steak to a juicy burger. A really good dinner in Gothenburg. Classic without being bound by any rules. We serve what we think is good food, simply!
Shopping lunch
Brasso is located in the middle of Gothenburg's shopping district. On Saturday, the area is teeming with people. Everyone hungry for a great Saturday lunch, of course! Bubbel & Co
Our ambition is to have a living wine list. A fun mix of well-known wines that you might recognize and some more unknown treats that you might never have heard of. We do not commit ourselves to any particular districts or countries, but only have wines that we genuinely love and that we think go perfectly with our food. In addition to wines, we of course serve delicious cocktails from our cocktail bar. A designed bar right in the center of Gothenburg.

The decor at Brasso
The restaurant is divided into five sections. Where each section has its own unique feel. The idea is that even though you are sitting in one of Gothenburg's largest restaurants , the feeling should be intimate.
Another big advantage is that if you come in a small larger group, you can sit fairly close together
Comfortable design furniture
Depending on what mood you are in, there must be different environments to sit and enjoy Brasso's food. The picture is of one of our round tables with soft armchairs and with a view of Harry Hjörne's place
The art at Brasso
Art that we personally like hangs around the restaurant on the walls. We have also brought in artists who were allowed to paint directly on our walls. Elin Pk has received an entire wall that she painted.
Chambre Séparée
We have a wine cellar we are really proud of. in it we occasionally have wine tastings. If you want, you can also sit here completely separated from the rest of the restaurant. Man sits in large comfortable armchairs at a large solid wooden table. The room also has a screen and other conference facilities.
